Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Use Zeigvox to build things, don't use it to harm anyone, and remember that your AI tool, not Zeigvox, makes the changes to your code. If something's unclear, email us and we'll explain.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Zeigvox Chrome extension, the Zeigvox plug-in for AI coding tools, and this website (together, "Zeigvox"). By using Zeigvox you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Zeigvox. If you're under the age where you can agree to a contract where you live, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms for you.
Your account
You don't need an account to use the extension. If you create one with Google or GitHub, keep that sign-in secure, because anyone who can sign in as you can use your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Using Zeigvox fairly
- Use it on sites and apps you're allowed to work on.
- Don't use it to break the law, to harm others, or to collect information about people without their permission.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of Zeigvox or this website.
Your work stays yours
Your notes, screenshots, taste list and code belong to you. We don't claim any rights to them, and the extension keeps them on your computer. The Zeigvox name, logo, extension and website belong to us.
AI tools and your code
Zeigvox prepares requests for AI tools. The AI tool you choose is what changes your code, under its own terms. AI tools can make mistakes, so review their changes and keep your work in version control, such as git. We aren't responsible for changes an AI tool makes.
Paid plans
Everything Zeigvox does today is free. When paid plans launch, their price, what's included, renewal and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated first. Payments will be handled by our payment provider.
Changes and availability
We're a small team and Zeigvox is still growing. Features may change, and we may pause or end parts of the service. If we make a big change to these terms, we'll update the date above and, if you have an account, tell you before it applies.
No warranty
Zeigvox is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly or without interruption.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using Zeigvox, such as lost work or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Zeigvox at any time by removing the extension and, if you have one, deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
